Operator and scope

Local game data
Designs, imported images, vehicle names, GP, race records, purchase status, age category, and settings are saved locally to operate the game. We do not provide a proprietary cloud account or public posting server. You choose files using the file picker. Our own analytics events do not send drawing images, vehicle names, or file paths. Operating-system backups may be subject to the OS provider's settings and policy.
Sharing
When you share, the selected destination receives the image, vehicle name, race results, and design restoration data. Shared images contain information that lets other users restore a design. Avoid including information you do not want to publish. The destination service's policy applies.
Ads
We use Google AdMob and its consent-management functions. Depending on OS, region, age category, consent, and ad settings, Google may collect and share IP addresses (which may infer approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. We do not request precise-location permission. Ad privacy controls are available in game settings.
Optional analytics
Usage analytics is off by default. If an adult explicitly opts in, Google Analytics for Firebase records game interactions such as screens, design creation/import, race starts/results, completed ads, and sharing to improve the game. Our custom events exclude images, vehicle names, file paths, and email addresses. The SDK handles app-instance identifiers and device/app information. Disabling analytics stops future collection and resets local analytics data; it does not delete previously sent aggregate data.
Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases and payments. The game checks purchase status to enable purchased features. We do not receive payment card numbers. Store policies govern payment details and store purchase history.
Optional AI model
Downloading the optional model connects to model-hosting services such as Hugging Face, which receive IP addresses and ordinary connection information. Drawing analysis then runs on your device. The game does not upload your drawings to an external AI service.
Age settings
The selected age category controls ads and analytics. Analytics cannot be enabled for non-adult users. We pass age-appropriate restrictions to the ad SDK. We do not send exact dates of birth to a proprietary server.
Support requests
If you email us, we use your address and message to respond and resolve the issue. We retain correspondence only as needed for support and legal obligations, and delete information when no longer needed. We do not publish your support messages on this website.
Retention, deletion, and choices
Remove the app or use your OS's app-data deletion controls to delete local game data. Delete OS backups, exported images, and shared data at their respective destinations. You can also manage advertising identifiers in OS settings. External providers apply their own retention and deletion rules to data they have received. Contact info@arkartworks.jp about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. We may be unable to identify or individually delete aggregated data or records controlled by an external provider or store.
External processing
Google, Apple, Hugging Face, GitHub, and other service providers may process data outside your country. Their policies also apply. We do not operate a separate system to sell game data.
This website
This static site has no forms, ads, analytics scripts, or external fonts. GitHub Pages hosts it; GitHub logs visitor IP addresses for security purposes. Email links open your mail application; no support message is sent until you send it yourself. The public contact is info@arkartworks.jp.
